Are you 16-30? Do you want a chance to win a trip to the Fall ACS
meeting in Chicago and $2500 prize money? Why not try your hand
at
writing a feature length article, of around 1000-2000 words, on a
chemistry-related topic of interest.
This is the 4th year for the International Young Chemistry Writer of
the
Year Award from the alchemist. Along with an all expenses paid trip
to
the Fall ACS meeting and
$2500, the winning articles will be published
in the alchemist. Two runners up will each win $1000.
Even if your article doesn't win the $2500.00 prize, and you're not one of the runners up, don't worry, the Alchemist may still contact you with a view to publishing your work - and we pay for every article we use.
Don't delay - the deadline is the 31 May 2001.
